The group prepares for the day ahead, planning "call outs" in both the Lakota and Cheyenne languages.

Has collectively enhanced the sound on nearly 50 films and television shows.

Languages spoken (looping/ADR) include Lakota, Nakota, Dakota (Sioux Languages); Cheyenne, Navajo, Hopi, Pueblo, Pequot, Cherokee, Algonquin, Ojibway, Apache, Espanol, and of course, English.
The Loop Group is comprised of SAG and AFTRA members.
Most of the Loop Group's members are also working actors.
Some of the loop group's members are fluent in their own languages and also work as dialect coaches.

Kimberly Norris Guerrero(Salish-Kootenai-Cherokee) and Angelique Midthunder pose for the SAG newsletter. Kimberly's on screen acting credits include Seinfeld, As the World Turns (2 years), Hidalgo, and The Sopranos. Angelique is also a documentary filmmaker and precision driver for stunt scenes in movies.
Charlie gives last minute attention to detail, perfecting accentuation before rolling sound.

Michael Spears (Lakota) made his acting debut in "Dances with Wolves" at the age of 12.
The guys add war cries to a battle scene.
Zahn Mc Clarnan's on screen acting credits include MacArthur Park, Crazy Horse, Into the West, The Shield, Strong Medicine, NYPD Blue, Chicago Hope, Dr. Quinn, Dangerous Minds, Murphy Brown, and Baywatch.
Toni Hawks (Cheyenne) and Angelique Midthunder give vocal variety to the background voices in a scene featuring an 1800's Cheyenne village of grandmothers, women, and children.

David Midthunder speaks his native Lakota and has worked as a dialogue coach and technical advisor for such shows as Touchstone's feature film HIDALGO and HBO's series Deadwood. David also speaks conversational Navajo and sings on the sound tracks for the movies WINDTALKERS (in Navajo) and DREAMKEEPER (in Lakota).
